At Safiyaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn items back into the original Safiyaa packaging, ensuring the security seal remains intact and all designer tags are attached.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to book a complimentary courier collection or drop off your package at an authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
